Shipping and Returns
-We will try our best to ship your items within 5 business days after you have completed your purchase. We do offer free local pick up by appointment. Please contact us at email@example.com or 780-709-6733.
-Please note that we are a local boutique and we do have customers visiting our store from time to time. If we are sold out of the item but have not updated our website, we will give the choice to wait for the item(s) (if the item(s) can be reordered) or we will offer you a full refund on your item out of stock.
-FREE standard shipping without tracking anywhere in Canada for orders of $149.99 or more CND.
-Flat rate shipping of $10 CND for all orders under $100 CND to anywhere in Canada. Flat rate shipping of $20 CND to all orders to the United States. International shipping is available only upon request.
-Zada Jewels is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Tracking is not included in our rates. Customs, duties and taxes are all responsibility of the buyer.
-Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will accept returns postmarked within 15 days of receiving shipment for credit or exchange only. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or credit.
-If you would like to exchange your item or receive a credit please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a RA number. All returns require a RA number.
-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notifu you that we have received your returned item.
-Please note that all hair pieces and earrings cannot be returned for hygienic purposes.
-All Sale items are final.
